What you'll love and what you won't
The modern design and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent,. The room had a fantastic view over Avenue Jean Medicin.
Some staff seemed dismissive, and the air conditioning was not very effective .

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was just a few blocks away from the beautiful promenade des anglais. Plus, with its proximity to the charming old town, i could wander through its narrow streets filled with shops and cafes without feeling rushed.

The stay was pleasant, with a very convenient location just a short stroll from the beach and the vibrant shops. Although the room was a bit compact, it had all the essentials and a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. I had journeyed to enjoy the sights of the old town, which was just around the corner, making it easy to explore the charming streets filled with local culture.

Excellent location and good value for money in Nice, not to mention really helpful front desk staff.
The quintessential European placement of two single beds to make a "double". Having said that, it was a comfy bed!

This Hotel is in a great location right in the centre of the city. The market, beach, old town and shops are all easily accessible. The hotel is clean with the necessary basic facilities.
No hotel bar - but plenty of other places nearby. Room was small with only a tiny window which faced another wall.

Excellent location to explore Nice, free wi-fi, comfortable beds and extra pillows.
We needed a triple room and clearly got a double room with an extra cot bed which made the room very small. Shower was very small, air con only cooled parts of the room.
